Wendy Kilgore

wendy kilgore.gif Wendy Kilgore is a Senior Consultant with AACRAO Consulting, with over twelve years of direct experience in higher education administration at both 2-year and 4-year institutions including student service positions with a large public multi-campus Doctoral Research Extensive university, a large 2-year multi-campus community college district and a state community college system office consisting of 13 independent colleges. She most recently served as state dean of enrollment services for the Colorado Community College System, and district director of admissions and registrar for Pima County Community College District. Her wide-ranging experience includes recruitment, admissions, financial aid, academic advising, records, curriculum support, veterans’ education services, systems implementation, organizational restructuring, business practice improvements and reengineering, policy review and development, and building system-wide collaboration to support enrollment efforts.

Dr. Kilgore is active professionally at the state, regional and national levels, having presented often at enrollment management and student affairs conferences and is a National Community College Hispanic Council fellow. She earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education specializing in organization administration and program evaluation methodology from the University of Arizona, and holds M.Ed. and B.S. degrees from Arizona State University.
