- Sample project components: Audit of procedures in financial aid, including review of the complete dissemination of financial aid information to students so as to optimize opportunities for student and institution success, assure compliance with federal regulations, and increase efficiency in automated processing.
- Sample project components: Design and application of market research to understand the institution’s market niche; creation of an image that attracts students who best match institutional mission and capacity; assessment of the interaction among recruitment, academic programs, financial aid, registration, and other functions to assure they are coordinated to provide the most efficient, student-centered services.
