AACRAO seeks volunteers for the Editorial Board of College & University Journal

AACRAO is seeking volunteers for the Editorial Board of College & University Journal.

At the request of the Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board review feature/research articles submitted to the journal, considering the appropriateness of the article for AACRAO’s membership, the usefulness of the information, the nature and logic of the research methodology, clarity, and the style of presentation. Typically, two or three reviewers are assigned to each article. Continue reading

AACRAO staff holiday drive helps homeless in DC

There are 8,350 homeless men, women and children in our nation’s capital. Nearly one in five DC residents live at or below the poverty line.

This holiday season, AACRAO’s staff and Board of Directors are contributing to the DC-based organization SOME (So Others Might Eat). Founded in 1970, SOME is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and homeless of our nation’s capital. Continue reading

Comprehensive Student Records Project participants convene in Indianapolis

Participants in the Comprehensive Student Records (CSR) Project came together Nov. 28 and 29 in Indianapolis to showcase innovative approaches to expanding the student transcript.
