Alicia Moore is currently the Dean of Student and Enrollment Services for Central Oregon Community College. In this capacity, she has worked as part of the campus leadership team, leading the institution through an 82% growth in enrollment in a four-year time span.
Michele Sandlin is an AACRAO Managing Consultant. She previously served as the Director of Admissions and the Campus Visitors Center at Oregon State University for 15 years, during which university enrollment grew by over 67%, while achieving additional goals for diversity and academic preparedness of incoming students.
William Sedlacek is a Professor Emeritus of Education at the University of Maryland, College Park. He specializes in alternative admissions measures that are more fair for women, people of color and international students. These measures are also particularly useful in teaching, advising, and student development programs.
Howard Shanken has been in education for more than 30 years as an administrator and faculty member. In July 2010 he retired from Grand Rapids Community College where he served as registrar, providing oversight of numerous student record processes and academic policies for more than 30,000 students.
Dr. Wayne Sigler is a nationally respected enrollment management practitioner, consultant, author and speaker with particular expertise in enrollment management, transformational leadership and management, marketing, recruitment, performance management, student services and customer service.
Clayton Smith is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Windsor. Over the course of his career, Dr. Smith has amassed significant knowledge and expertise in the areas of enrollment management, internationalization of higher education, student affairs, and academic governance.
Dr. Jeffrey von Munkwitz-Smith has over 40 years of higher education experience in University Registrar functions, enrollment management, and as a faculty member. He is a past president of AACRAO and the current Editor-in-chief of AACRAO’s College and University journal.
Throughout her career Janet Ward has lead efforts to support institutional and enrollment management goal development and attainment through institutional research efforts coupled with effective data management, analysis and reporting.
Bob Bontrager served as the Senior Director of AACRAO Consulting and SEM Initiatives, which he was instrumental in establishing and building since its inception in 2007. AACRAO Consulting began as a response to AACRAO members’ requests for assistance, and since its founding, it has successfully served over 300 colleges and universities in the U.S. and abroad, due largely to Dr. Bontrager’s leadership and guidance.
