Jay W. Goff

For more than 15 years, Jay W. Goff has been a significant and invaluable contributor to the areas of university enrollment, strategic planning and communication programs. The Vice-Provost and Dean of Enrollment Management at Missouri University of Science and Technology, Mr. Goff believes in a data-driven and team-oriented workplace that stresses service-focused student success plans.

Consequently, Mr. Goff has written numerous articles and managed a variety of workshops focused on the value of team building and training, top quality student-service systems and finely-tuned, data-driven planning. He is also known for his on-the-ground work in helping higher education professionals and students develop leadership skills and engage in strategic planning.

Working with more than 30 private and public institutions across the United States, and throughout the globe, Mr. Goff has been able to implement strategic operational audits, with the assistance of benchmarking data, as part of his consultative efforts in achieving record enrollment numbers, retention and graduation rates for the institutions who turn to his expertise.
