The Executive Director of Student Records and Financial Services at Saint Joseph’s University, Maureen Carver has more than 25 years of experience working in leadership roles for higher education. In the course of her career, Ms. Carver has collaborated with faculty and administration across all departments to address and resolve key challenges, including defining the critical role of the Registrar to align it more closely with the institution’s mission and goals.
As part of this effort, Ms. Carver provided expert consultation to enhance processes and practices related to records retention, grading, personnel management, and numerous other areas of policy and procedure. Ms. Carver combines this best-practice approach with a proven understanding of technology as a tool to enhance student services while minimizing the drain on human resources.
